Creating an organisation is not a reductionistic science. Humans are no machines. Humans are the essence of creativity, innovation and happiness. Enterprise Engineering is the science of designing organisation that can evolve. It is important to accept that humans need room to create value. Creating value is that what binds people in an organisation. I try to apply Human Centred Design on an organisation so that it can be Purpose Driven.

Organisations need not only be to designed around a purpose, but also according a specific behaviour. I have written my master thesis in 2020 on the topic of antifragility titled: “Defining Antifragility and the application on Organisation Design a literature study in the field of antifragility, applied in the context of organisation design”. The thesis is available via Zenodo DOI The thesis was rewarded with 19 out of 20 points.

KaTeX can be used to generate complex math formulas. It supports in-line math using the \$ ... \$ delimiters, like this: $ E = mc^2 $. By default, it does not support in-line delimiters $...$ because those occur too commonly in typical webpages. It supports displayed math using the $$ or \\[...\\] delimiters, like this:

Formula 1: $$ \phi = \frac{(1+\sqrt{5})}{2} = 1.6180339887\cdots $$

Formula 2: (same formula, different delimiter) \[ \phi = \frac{(1+\sqrt{5})}{2} = 1.6180339887\cdots \]

What is it with that Mary girl? Dragging me to school every day. As if I had a choice. What you don’t hear in those nursery rhymes is that she starves me if I don’t go to school with her; it’s the only way I can stay alive!
