Antifragility is a word used to identify the anti-these of fragile. Resilience is the response to change. In general resilience is focused on returning to the original state, leading to being robust. To achieve anti-fragility, gaining value in response to change, continuous optimizing the value delivery (function) and value production (construction) is key.
